“
Big Brown House has been a breath of fresh air in an industry that can be quiet Brutal sometimes.
BBH brings a warmth, care and nurturing environment in all aspects, how we treat our staff, our office teams, our children and our stakeholders. There is a warmth that makes you feel so welcome, and so supported.
BBH has been a really special milestone for me in my 9 years in this industry to move into a Role and a company that values its members and takes care of everyone involved.
BBH gives me the opportunity to give back to children who have not been given the best opportunities in life. I am able to advocate and upline needs for our young people to give them the best outcome and support I can.
This is a pretty important role and I feel thankful I have been given the opportunity to do so.”
Ashlee Kell, Program Manager at BBH

Engaging with like-minded local businesses, establishing genuine connections with colleagues across various departments, and recognising their contributions are truly enriching experiences that I value deeply.”
